I sometime visit a local school to spend time with local youngsters – most of the time I bring my DP1 and a snap a few. Always at ISO800 (badly needed). Colors looks ok but black and white is just so much better! These have had some vignetting added in Photoshop – so it’s not the lens fault. :D - And no, I wouldn’t use the flash as it would feel wrong. Btw, these are made black and white using the monochrome mode in Sigma Photo Pro.

Woow! Even more then I thought is possible with this camera. Great black and whites. Portait and iso800. Stunning.
Still have to get this little camera, but it is hard to get in the Netherlands unfortunately.
Ah, yeah! Black and Whites do look stunning! I love it so much! And much of that is due to the beauty of the lens. Sharp from F4 at ISO800 and beyond. We like! :D
Still hard to get a DP1? Poor you!
In the moment you photos don’t show up. About the DP1 – The SD14 is a more rare camera now I believe ;)
