Panoramas indoor - first try!

Panoramas
Kitchen - Sigma 10-20mm @ 10mm. f4.5. ISO50. 3s
Developed using Raw Developer 1.71 “Auto1″ used for colors. Exposure + 0.5 in RD. AutoPano Pro used for putting these together (It’s sooo easy to work with.. greaaaat tool!). Manfrotto 303 Panohead used. Slightly miss aligned.

Panoramas
Bedroom - Sigma 10-20mm @ 10mm. F8. ISO50. 6s
Developed using Raw Developer 1.71 Grey picked from paper on desk. This was my second try and I worked a bit harder to align the pano head better. :)

These was shot at night (an hour ago or so) so nothing else than mixed indoor light. Click for higher quality. I know that I over exposed quite a bit, I could have saved some more highlight. Especially on that second bedroom shot or if I used ISO100 I would have gotten so much more. But quick and dirty and fun. :)

Yes, quite enjoyed these, Carl. As with Wolfgang, recognitions of items in homes. By the way, I get a real charge out of that ‘4xLinn’ (and Carl) photo set on her blog right now. The two of you are really talented at this sort of thing.

Really I want to say, the expressions are priceless. And not to exclude that wierd view of Carl in the last one. Makes me ‘artistically excited’ and to laugh all at the same time. Well, more than one do that, in the set.

You should recommend the ‘photo setup’ to those who think maximum equipment is always necessary for meaningful images…!

    Best to both,
    Clive

hehe, yeah that shot was fun. It’s the macs fault. It inspire. hehe.. well..

the MAXIMUM equipment. Well, then copy my setup! It’s easy but expensive. Actually I think that 10-20 30mm 70-200 (or 70mm 150mm) would do the trick and make most people very very satisfied. And 30 is intended to be on almost all the time. It should be the “learning lens” - something fun without zoom. :)

Then IF they still have money they go for a Gitzo tripod and Manfrotto 303GS (or whatever the name is for that full QTWR version) and then they can pretend they have MEDIUM format too! :D Great stuff!

    I own the 10-20, 30mm (Carl’s fault btw…) and a Gitzo tripod. I am almost there … :D
