		<description>I'm currently beta testing SPP3 for mac - it's going to be sweet. The biggest difference is really the way it handles noise. SPP2.2 does a good job but SPP3 does it better. You notice it on high-iso shots mostly. I noticed that Raw Developer and SPP3 are close in the detail department but SPP wins easily when it comes to noise. (on X3F's)</description>

I see you also switched to SPP3 and Aperture for some of these recent shots.  I'm assuming that's the Windows version of SPP3, since I've not found any references to a Mac release.  Can you highlight any real differences between SPP3 and SPP2.2?

Also of interest would be your take on using Aperture in comparison to LightRoom.  Part of the interest is the multi-step process of working with images as Aperture doesn't have a X3F RAW support (thus the reason for using SPP3?).
