Yeah! I can’t wait!!!

Sigma SD14">

Two moose and one Linn

On the way home from our oceanic trip we saw two young moose and stopped to see if we could get close enough for a photo (wanted to use my 30mm at F1.4 because this was after sunset but had my 70-200 on, you know, maybe I at least could get something). But this was about the closest we got. The girl you see is Linn.

plus; they ran away as soon as Linn started to sound like a cow. I ran too.

Sigma SD9, ISO400, 70-200 EX processed using Lightroom.

Ocean pictures | 17 of them..

Yesterday I went to a place not very far from home (about an hour drive) to find pictures with a nice oceanic touch. When you look at these images, remember this: They’re all taken with the SD9, all hand held and all given very little time in lightroom. And no time in photoshop. I can clearly see that there is way to many dirt spots from my 12-24 but I just don’t care right now. Enjoy them as they are! :D

Camera: Sigma SD9
Lenses: Sigma 30mm EX, 12-24 EX and 70-200 EX.

A horse and a brother.

Me and my brother went for a little ride today, trying to find a place for a multi exposure shot of him climbing all over the place. In our search for a good spot we found this horse. When we took the picture, pretty far away from civilization, the owner came out wanting to talk. And this he did. about everything and nothing. About an hour later we found our selfs almost washed away and drained in water and home we returned. So my next picture is from that last part.

For horse image I used The SD10 and Sigmas 70-200 EX (old version) and for that other from inside the car I used Sigmas 12-24 EX. Both very nice lenses.

The man from Hedared | B&W series

His name is unknown to me. I went to him to see how he, as the last known man making baskets using one local very old method. I thought that maybe I could catch a little something onto my black and white CF card uing my SD9 (I think) and for lens I used my 30mm. There are a few other people cought as well. (Like Mom, dad and Linn.. beware)

Behind bars..

in the mood for play
Camera SD10 and Lens Sigma 30mm, I think it was at F1.4.

Here I wrote a long text about me, “home and behind bars”. I deleted it and from plenty it all ended up behing worth nothing. I love being home, but my longing back out is strong. It might be the food.. :P

Great balls of leather | beware of strong images.

I have i big family. In this big family there are some brothers. Most of these playing a game called football. (you might refer to it as soccer). After some time a ball gets trashed, there is many reasons to why this would happen. One could be that we have sticky bush, another that our dog eat balls for breakfast. Whatever reason I now have documented their current state and here it is:

All pictures taken with my rusty SD10 and my trusty 30mm.

SD9 + 30mm in action

Yesterday I had a photo session with some friends of mine. Here’s some of them. I used SPP and Lightroom. Enjoy!

Now | and then..

I’m back in Älvängen and my mind is still puzzled about choices I make. But to ease the pain I’ll publish some pictures from my daily life. I have some more I wanna show but they’re on another hard drive. I’ll try to show them soon as well..

My brother Josef is here trying to show me how to throw yourself as a goalkeeper. I always wanted to do that but somehow my body just says NO. -Don’t do such stupid moves. Sometimes I dislike my behavior.

My mom is an artist, and I wanted to catch her somehow inside one of her paintings. I used a Sigma 30mm at 1.4, and I ALMOST nailed focus.. hehe

Our dog, Ester. yesterday me, some brothers and this dog had a deep forrest sleep-over. It was a very nice evening, we had hot dogs (no, we didn’t eat Ester) but we woke up this very morning by heavy rain. Packing up quickly, half running to the car we saw our little Ester coming from a nearby field. She had been norty. She was covered in horse shit. :/

My big sister Britta, here trying to figure out how to best use my reflector when it’s windy. not too bad.. :)

And finally my smallest brother Samuel.

Will try to be a little more.. well.. online. and do things. I have landed in the state of waiting and got stuck. Just a bit. too much.
