Way to go! It's so easy getting things done fast in Asia, people are so service-minded, but you need some good skills and worked-out routines to be able

I'm workin on a exhibition that will be in Sweden this summer and fall. Six lifestories of six women with HIV with additional B/W photos.

Got some photos developed two days ago 12x18 Inch. 6,4 US dollar each on matt photo paper.
Two photos developed in ten min. In sweden that would have been two days!

It's so cheep and easy i will develop the whole exhibition including the textpages. Then i get the same feeling of everything. The text will be just a little bit blurrier than if i printed it but it's no big deal.

Now i'm struggeling with how to the best greyscale-conversion. Watched a photoshop-TV-episode where this guy converted to LAB then copied the lightness-channel then converted to profile (Adobe RGB) then pasted the lightness-layer on the Red,Green and Blue layer.
But! i can't see any big difference from using the greyscale-conversion-preset in Lightroom (yes Carl i've started using Lightroom for real now :-) )

Thanks for the time and all the good advices up in Kunming!

Bob, I would like that very much, but last time I checked, dutch wasn't on my CV.. ;) Btw, MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN I wanna go home now! Just knowing a date makes me soooo ..

Clive, yes. I feel more and more at home using tools like InDesign. Still much to learn but hey, I have a whole (rest) life in front of me. :) I'll bump into the chat right now. Hope you're there.

Carl, a good story. And a good part of it is also that you got the Pearls book finished. ... Very glad to hear that.

It's interesting how much it appears the use of good tools has supported your developments into book-making.

I guess you are ready for the next journeys....see you on the magic-chat if we cross paths there before these happen.

Best,
Clive
